For the last two years, my entire family has packed up and headed north for a weekend camping trip up in Happy Jack , AZ. It mainly consists of eating mexican food and mickey mouse pancakes, wine tasting and loud drunk conversations around the campfire at night, cocooning myself in blankets and laying on the ground looking up at the stars, rides on the rhinos, wearing long underwear leggings much too late into the afternoon, and not spending TOO much time taking pictures, but enough so we don't forget it. :)
